Back-2-School | Influenster Unboxing

Don't you love getting packages in the mail? It's almost as exciting as tearing open a Christmas present! Luckily for me, Influenster must know my love of receiving packages because they sent me some goodies I`d like to share.

The Back-2-School Voxbox is chock-full of products that were picked to help Mom's and their kids tackle the new school year. This box was unusual for me because my son just turned 3. So he won't be going to Pre-K/4-K for another 2 years. Also there are a number of coupons that need to be redeemed. Don't get me wrong, the coupons provided are nearly all for free products, but an unboxing is more fun when there are a hefty amount of actual product. 

Speaking of coupons, in the Voxbox is a coupon for Country Crock Buttery Spread. With that came a cookie recipe card. Not much is more satisfactory than after school or after homework snacktime, and the snack of the day is cookies. Country Crock is actually my favorite type of butter spread, so this was nice to recieve.

Also conveniently placed inside are two flavors of Plackers. Micro Mint and Kids Fruit Smoothie Swirl flossers easily remove plaque and buildup between the teeth (that can't be reached by brushing alone). These are perfect for kiddos who have braces too, btw.

Another option for an after school snack are the Land O'Frost Deli Snackers. Deli Snackers are a baked meat snack made from high-quality, oven roasted meats. Since fresh food isn't traditionally shipped via USPS, I can understand why Influenster gave a coupon instead.

The next item in the box is something well needed for any mom who has to wake up early to get themselves, and their kids, ready for the day. Coffee! Kauai Coffee, from Hills Bros, are single serve pods that can be used in any K-Cup style brewer. What's innovative is the fact that they are 100% compostable. Feel like a super hero while saving the earth lol.

The last item, and my favorite, in the box are two different color Pilot G2 pens. If ya didn't know, Pilot G2's are the #1 selling gel ink brand in America and proves to last longer than pens of the same type. Now, I am a strict pen-only user when I write. These pens are amazing! High pigment, are INKY not dry, they don't smudge and dry incredibly fast. Perfect for me since I'm a lefty and pinky-smudge is a something we're cursed with. I highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.

Though this box was meant for back to school use, it will definitely be used, just not in that way. Every item is needed, whether you have school-aged kids or not. Influenster Unboxing | Comfort Voxbox

It's been awhile since I've been sent anything from Influenster, so today I am happy to share an unboxing with you all. This VoxBox is 100% geared toward comforting your family, hence the name "Comfort VoxBox". There are some vitamins to keep your immune system strong, a number of food items to keep your family warm & cozy, and some hygienic products to keep you fresh and clean on those icky days. Below I have photos of each item I've received as well as a brief description given on the back of the information card given by Influenster.

Influenster | Varsity VoxBox

I recently received a box full of goodies, sent via Influenster. This time around, I received the Varsity VoxBox. And it is chock-full of dorm-life essentials.

The box came with 5 products suited to make college life a little easier. The first is 3 small foil samples of Clearasil Daily Clear Refreshing Superfruit Wash. This is perfect for the days you'd rather be wrapped up in your cocoon of blankets instead of get ready for your classes, and need a little burst of energy. It smells ah-mazing. The perfect product for some AM invigoration. Also, it is formulated with a blend of Superfruit Extracts, Vitamin B3 and blemish prevention for radiant skin day after day. It retails for $6.49 (currently only available in-store at Walmart).

The next item was the new Airheads Xtremes Bites. Now, I detest anything sour/bitter. So I had my fiance taste test these Rainbowberry bites for me. He loves Airheads so I figured he'd be the perfect guinea pig. He says they are super sour (which he loves) and once you bite into the candies, you can REALLY taste the flavors. So I suppose "Xtremes" is quite fitting for these little buggers. These candies are great for an energy boost at 3pm or anytime you feel like snacking. The third item included were the Kiss Nail Dress nail stickers. These work for those last minute parties that inevitably pop up as A) they take, literally, minutes to apply B) can be used as both a mani AND a pedi and C) come in a variety of shades to suit any occasion. Now, you don't have to arrive at that party, nails bare. Kiss claims that they'll last a week. CHIP FREE, mind you. And that the stickers will come right off with no remover needed. I'll be testing these to see if those two claims are correct, and have a corresponding in-depth review for you soon. Kiss Nail Dress are available at Walgreens and retail for $6.99 (buy).

Next item is NYC New York Color's new Big Bold Plumping & Shine Gloss. NYC claims that it adds up to 50% more volume to the lips and four hours of shine for lasting wear. This product is great for adding a lovely shine to the lips whether you wear it to class or a party. I received the color Pleasantly Plump Pink. It retails for $3.99 (find where to buy HERE).

The last item that came in the box was a single Tide Pod. It is the only 3-in-1 detergent. Meaning, it contains 1) detergent 2) stain fighter and 3) brightener all in one pac. I personally love this because it has an EXTREMELY small chance of making a mess. Unlike its counterparts, there is no cap and no spillage. What is also great about the Tide Pods is that they can be used to clean any size load, in any washing machine, and dissolved in any temperature. So there's no guesswork. Laundry day just became THAT much less of a chore (find where to buy HERE).

Again, each of these products is destined to make days during school so much easier. I'm looking forward to using the Tide Pods and the Kiss Nail Dress the most. But who knows if the other products will end up surprising me and winning me over!
